Once competitors – now partners.
A medium sized media enterprise had plans to push a competitor off the market by employing hostile takeover proceedings. My personal analysis revealed the competitor’s product portfolio was indeed more complementary rather than colliding with my client’s portfolio.
Thanks to successful intermediation, I was able to initiate cooperation on a partnership level between these two corporations. Incidentally, this represented, at the end of the day, a tremendous benefit and the best solution for all parties involved.
